Movement. Defined as the act, process, or result of moving. It is a freedom that we often neglect. It can be thought of simply as functional, or better yet, magical.
Picking up your baby, embracing a loved one, crossing the finish line...all are gifts. Don't overlook the miracle of MOVEMENT. Find YOUR movement. Go on hikes, take up cycling, do some yoga outside. Dance, lift weights, try kayaking... There are so many possibilities and they are all glorious. Because movement like this is invigorating..spiritual..healing and can absolutely set you free.
